So I run!!! I put on my running shoes and take off with the jogging stroller so I can eat all my favorite foods! That’s not the ONLY reason I run. LOL! As I wrote about the other day, I know it’s “good” for me. It’s good for my mind, body, soul, health, pretty much it’s just really good for me LOL. It’s also my escape😉 My time to get outside with Lennox and just “be.” BUT I love to eat. I love healthy foods, but I also love fried stuff, IN MODERATION…
So, I got really into french fries when I was pregnant, and my cravings have continued ever since. I’ve started making my own fries at home.🍟 Let’s be honest, they’re not as delicious as the greasy fried ones you get with a burger at a restaurant. But if you cut the potatoes thin enough and coat them with olive oil and salt then bake them in the oven until they’re crispy, they’re pretty damn good! I’ve been experimenting with sweet potatoes and regular potatoes and I have to say they do not disappoint! They are also a great addition to a meal for Lennox.
