I’m just feeling incredibly grateful for my family. I may not always be aware of how wonderful things are- I mean, don’t we all take things for granted sometimes. But that’s something I am really working on… I want to be more aware of all the amazing things in my life and not just want “other” things, more of this and more of that… I aspire to have a grand life, but I also want to enjoy what I have right now, today, in THIS moment… So I am going to say, “Thank you” more often. Daily- NUMEROUS times a day. I actually was just talking to a girlfriend tonight who was having trouble falling asleep- she couldn’t quiet her mind. Well, I have that problem too. It’s like once I lie down my mind goes on overdrive. Something that helps me quiet that loud voice in my head is saying Thank you. Thank you for all the amazing blessings in my life. I feel that it calms me down, centers me and then before I know it I’m asleep. You may already do this, but if you don’t, give it a try. If not, there’s always Tylenol PM! 🤣🤣 No matter what life throws at us, we CAN handle it. Maybe not instantly, but eventually you will see it thru to the other side. Meanwhile, enjoy your families.
