TACA’s mission- For families who have just received the autism diagnosis, TACA aims to speed up the cycle time from the diagnosis to effective treatments. TACA helps to strengthen the autism community by connecting families and the professionals who can help them, leading to a better quality of life for people affected by autism.

1 in every 88 children are being diagnosed with Autism, and the numbers are rising… This has to get under control. I have friends with kids and they’ve all shared that there’s a looming fear. “That what if?” How wonderful would it be if “That what if?” could be decreased. Or even better, eliminated. I do not have kids yet, but there are many little ones in my life that I care about and want to be healthy and happy. I wish that for ALL children… I think research is of the upmost importance! Medical attention and support are a must!
More than 300 celebrities, sports stars, professional poker players and guests attended the event on September 22, at the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel to gamble the night away during TACA’s “ANTE UP FOR AUTISM.” The event netted $170,000 for TACA (Talk About Curing Autism), a national non-profit organization with a mission to educate, empower and provide support to families affected by autism.
