I Love being active! I love getting outside and hiking or running. Trying to take some time for yourself is so important. Plus, I’ll take breathing fresh air instead of running in a sweaty gym any day! Now, I realize this may not be possible for everyone… So even if you’re able to go for a walk after dinner, that’s so much better than nothing!
I recently started wearing Under Armour and I’m loving these Cute Leggings! And this Under Armour Sports Bra is so incredibly comfy while holding the girls firmly into place 😉 New Balance… I LOVE YOU!! When it comes to running, ALL I care about is comfort! That’s it! So when I found these New Balance Sneaks, I knew I was sold! #Heaven
Now for the BUNS WORKOUT!!
– 40 Walking Lunges
– 20 Squats
– 30 Leg raises on a step or incline
** Repeat 2 more times!!
** I use light weights. 2lbs.
