Burnt out…

You ever find yourself completely burnt out? I’m talking emotionally, physically, spiritually… That’s where I’m at right now and I need to figure this out. Baby steps. I know there are so many things that would help me… Going to bed earlier, finding time to squeeze in a yoga class, meditate, stretching my body, trying to find time to read and most importantly, be fully in the moment with my son. There are ways to help get back on track and I’m going to take these baby steps. What do you do when you feel burnt out? Especially when you have very limited time to yourself? My go to used to be a sweaty yoga class but I just find it difficult to make that happen these days- for many reasons. I love my time with Lennox and I feel guilty breaking away. I know! I know… I know that sounds silly… The guilt is just really bad especially when class would be over $60 once you pay the sitter and for the actual class! So it’s just easier to pass on it and just find alternative ways to get centered. All that being said, I must get better at this… Would love to hear what y’all have to say and how you find the time and balance.

    I hear ya! I find I have to be intentional and I workout and do some “me” time during nap time. If I wait until after they go to bed it gets harder. But take it one day at a time, that’s all we can do! Namaste!
