Those of us in Southern California are getting ready to melt… Again! Many of us are preparing for a HEATWAVE because it’s going to reach over 90 degrees this week!! Ughh! It’s so strange because we had a cooler week last week and it was lovely. Now, more heat! I thought we were approaching fall… Nope. Poor Lennox had a fever for a few days and the fluctuations in weather are NOT helping. So many of the babies we know we’re sick. No fun at all. You know how it is with the little ones… It’s so sad to watch a lethargic baby with chills, yet burning up, who can’t tell you what hurts. Breaks my heart… So glad he is past that and feeling better!
So as we all try and stay cool, I’m committing to wearing something other than my “mom uniform” this week, which consists of yoga pants and a t-shirt. This cute romper is unfortunately sold out, but I found other ones that are on sale and perfect for the end of summer and “Indian summer” that we always get in Cali. Plus the price is crazinessssss! Stay cool if you’re also in the middle of a heatwave…
