Now that Christmas is over I’m excited to start sharing our home remodel journey with you all. Hubby and I decided to demo the kitchen ourselves (when the contractor up and quit)🤬 and I have to admit I loved it! 🤣💪🏻 I’ve never done anything like this before and banging the hell out of the backsplash was a total anxiety cure. So here’s a little backstory, the renovation started because we had a leak in the kitchen and in the end I’m getting a whole new kitchen and flooring! It’s been a long road, (as most renovations are) we’re not quite done and we’ve hit some major roadblocks, but we’re getting closer. Thank heavens we’re getting closer! Can a vent for a minute tho?! Man is there such a thing as contractors showing up on time and what about deadlines?! Ya, I didn’t think so…! Many more photos and demo updates to show you as we move along, so stay tuned!
