Have you ever loved someone so much it hurts? Which I think is actually a very strange saying, by the way. Like, my love for my family is deep, deeper than any love I’ve ever known, but then Lennox came along and everything changed. I learned that I am capable of loving on such a deep level and it is so intense for me. I love every molecule of this little boy. Every strand of hair on his head. His little raspy voice and his stinky feet. The list goes on forever… It’s hard to articulate exactly what I’m trying to say- but do you kinda know what I’m talking about? Maybe you’re a parent and what I’m saying rings true about your love for your kiddoes. Or maybe you’ve been married 35 years and your love for your spouse has continued to grow every day. Maybe you just rescued an animal and your heart has opened wider than you ever imagined it could… Whatever the love connection may be, I believe this is the greatest gift we could ever receive. I knew I wanted to be a mommy, I knew I wanted to be pregnant and experience growing a life inside of me, I knew I wanted to create a family of my own and raise children. What I did not know, was how my heart would rip wide open with pure, unconditional love for this tiny human whom I’ve only known here on earth for 16 and a half months. It’s crazy to me. I feel like I’ve known Lennox for forever, and perhaps I have…
Thank you for listening 🙏🏻 Have a wonderful day and tell that special someone how much you love them!

I know exactly what you mean! Love takes so many forms. I love my husband, my children, my grandson, my pets, all equally strongly but in different ways. I didn’t realise just how much I loved my Mum until she died and it was too late to tell her; something I will always regret. I miss her every day. In early March I held my beloved dog as he was put to sleep and that truly was love. It is such a powerful emotion and can bring us to our knees but we’re so blessed to be able to experience it. Xxx
