What meditation looks like these days

I love meditating and I love the benefits it offers, yet I struggle with finding the time. Before Lennox was born I would go to yoga five times a week, I would hike or run a few times a week and I would try my hardest to sit down and give myself a few minutes to meditate. You would think that when I got pregnant I would have devoted some quiet time to my meditation process, but I didn’t and now I feel so far away from it. When I heard about Muse I was excited because it assists you with your meditation practice. It actually tracks your brain waves and helps to keep you in a meditative state by adjusting the sounds you hear to get you back on track. Now let’s be honest, this is really what meditation looks like for me these days LOL! Lennox on my lap looking around, giggling, laughing and wondering what the heck is on mommy’s forehead!
