I look at these pictures and can’t help but smile. It’s so rewarding for me that Lennox loves to read. I’m not sure how his love for books started? Possibly because we have been reading to him since he was just a couple months old? Or maybe he just has an instinctual love for reading and studying the illustrations on the page. Literally, stares at pages forever!🤣 I know I didn’t find my love for reading until I was an adult! It was always a drag for me- not when I was a baby/young kid and being read to- but homework and recreational reading were just not my thing 😬 So needless to say I’m thrilled that Len loves to read! The only time I’m not is when he chooses books that I’ve read a zillion times! Then I turn into an 8 year old again and pout. Ha! If you’re looking for ways to get your kids interested in reading maybe start by finding books that are specific to their interests… Lennox loves trucks and construction sites right now so the perfect book for him is “Goodnight, Goodnight, Construction Site.” You get what I’m saying 😉 And let me know what works for you and please share here for other parents to learn from! #themoreyouknow
