On Friday Lennox and I went to a screening of the new film, Peter Rabbit. To say my son had a good time is a massive understatement. I mean, Lennox got to meet Peter Rabbit, play with the coolest plastic carrots and eat a cookie (pb&j sandwhich) I didn’t think he’d buy it😬 He did! Huge shoutout to the Millennial Mamas who hosted such a fun event for these kiddoes! We had a blast❤🙌🏻❤ You guys, this movie is so cute! Lennox stared and I mean STARED at the movie screen the entire film. It was so fun watching him enjoy the movie and actually laugh at funny parts! Oh my. My baby is growing up. As I’m writing this and realizing that he actually laughed at jokes, I’m feeling all kinds of emotions. I think I had such a great time with him at the movie because of it, but it also means we are entering a new phase where Len is becoming more self sufficient. He plays wonderfully by himself and can entertain himself- which is awesome but also makes me melancholy!! Geez. This post was supposed to be about how fun this adorable movie is.🤦🏼♀️ Obviously I switched gears here, I guess it’s something I needed to get off my chest. We are approaching Lennox’s second birthday and it’s really weighing heavy on my heart. That just means more running around and kicking the soccer ball with my son, playing with cars and blocks, bouncing on the coolest mini trampoline ever and drawing lots of hearts, sharks, piggies with him! Wow… Parenthood. The best challenging ride ever… Namaste🙏🏻🙌🏻❤
I have to gush about Lennox’s out for a minute… I mean, this kid loves to wear ties and hats. Sunglasses too 🕶 Makes this mommy haaaaaaappy!! Ha! A few items are on sale too! Doubly happy! 🖐🏻 All details in post!
You’re welcome🤣
