Being an Arizona native, naturally I have an affinity for cacti.😉🌵 I don’t want a zillion for landscaping or anything, but when I see a cactus, I think of home and it brings a smile to my face.

Well, there’s no higher meaning behind this post. I’m not going to try and say something profound. I mean, I’m not sure I ever have, Lol. But I’ll keep tryin! Basically, a cactus will prick you if you get too close- omg I just remembered, Sophie rubbed up against a cactus on our walk the other day, and I didn’t see any prickers so I touched it. I touched a cactus folks. How “not” smart was that?! Low and behold, I had three barely visible prickers in my finger and my hubby had to perform “surgery!” He loves that kinda thing. Lol! Anyway, that was a looooong tangent- that’s how I am in life too. Like when I’m having a conversation with someone and I’m telling a story, it usually takes me forever because I end up in all different directions. Omg, I just did it again! What’s my point? Is there any point here? Don’t touch a cactus, check. You will get pricked and it will hurt. Wear chucks, because they’re so cute and come in a zillion colors, check! Don’t be afraid to be silly, check. Who cares who’s watching you, shake your booty with a cactus! That’s something I’ve become better at these days, I just don’t care as much. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a mom now and I just don’t have time for it. In the grand scheme of things, who does? Life is too precious to keep worrying about stupid shit. Be goofy, wear colorful shoes, laugh as much as possible and DON’T touch cacti!
