Have you ever had moments in your life where you’ve met someone and it feels like you’ve known them before? There’s a familiarity and a sense of comfort that doesn’t quite make sense because you’ve just met, but on the other hand it makes perfect sense. I can look back on times in my life where situations like this have happened and I’m still dumbfounded by it.

Well, this explains exactly how I felt when I met- in person, my incredibly talented interior designer and now friend, Cynthia Soda, of Soda Pop Design Inc. 💓 Months ago I randomly came across Cynthia’s Instagram page, @csodapop (follow her!) and instantly FELL IN LOVE! We’ve been doing all kinds of renovations to our home, so I’ve been browsing instagram for inspiration! Since posting a comment on Cynthia’s page a few months ago, (this kitchen was 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻) not only do I have the most beautiful plans for our kitchen remodel, but I have a good friend now, too.☺️ Coincidence? Right place, right time? Serendipity? Who knows? All I know is I want to stay open to the people the Universe (ya, I said Universe) drops into my life, because I could’ve missed out on this wonderful partnership and friendship if I was closed off.
