What we do best. Snuggles, reading and being cozy 📚❤️

If you follow my blog you know how much of a book warm Lennox is.🐛 I am a bookworm also, but it didn’t happen until I was older. I’m thrilled that this little boy loves to read. And when I say he loves to read, I mean he LOVES to read. It’s something we do every single day, over and over and over! LOL. As repetitive as children’s books can be, it never gets old having Lennox crawl into my lap and snuggle in the close for story time. It’s these moments that I will cherish forever and I hope my son does as well. Reading. The more you now.⭐️ We’ve always done a few things that I believe have helped Lennox to love reading. Whenever I read I get incredibly animated and over-the-top! Helps to keep his attention and makes the story more fun. As he’s gotten older I point out parts of the book- objects, colors and things that I think he will know and give him the opportunity to share with me what it is. I also point out things that I know he does not know yet to teach him new things. We Have Lennox pick out the books he wants to read. It’s so funny because he browses through his bookshelf pulling books out and then putting them back if that something he doesn’t want to read that day! He will also sit down by himself and go through an entire book from cover to cover. I’ve always encouraged it and I’m doing my best to nurture his love for reading. So far it’s working!📚📚📚
